Mr. Yoichi Mizutani has been working with Honda Motor in Japan and Honda Group – in sales, product planning, marketing, logistics, and human resources – since 1986. He is also an expert in motorcycle industry in South Asia and Thailand. Serving as director of A.P. Honda Co., Ltd. between 2008 and 2011, Mr. Yoichi Mizutani has gained a thorough understanding about Thai motorcycle market. His latest position was managing director and CEO of Bangladesh Honda Private Limited, the distributor of Honda motorcycles in Bangladesh.
Apart from his diverse skills earned from different department, Mr. Yoichi Mizutani is also fluent in English and Thai languages.
Along with his presidency, A.P. Honda Co., Ltd. has also appointed three Thai executives in the new management team. Dr. Arnop Phornprapha, the chairman, will be responsible for social events and external affairs; Mr. Suchart Arunsaengroj and Mr. Alaksh Phornprapha, both vice presidents, will be taking care of the business operation.
The new team of four executives will use their expertise and experience in managing the company and lead A.P. Honda Co., Ltd. to be the sustainable organization in the future as well as to maintain its leadership in Thai motorcycle industry.
