MG Sales (Thailand) invites everyone to test drive any MG model at the Bangkok International Motor Show and take up on special promotions. Mr. Pongsak Lertrudeewattanavong, Vice President of MG Sales (Thailand) stated, "during the last three years we have introduced four MG models to cater a wide range of Thai consumers: MG3, MG5, MG6 and MG GS. Mr. Pongsak also revealed on the progress of the new assembly plant in Chonburi province. It shall be the Southeast Asian manufacturing hub for MG right-hand drive vehicles, which will utilize technologies to produce excellent quality vehicles that meet world-class standards made with Thai workface.

On the world scale, Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) as parent company of MG in Thailand and one of the world's largest automotive manufacturer, forecasts the future of global automotive industry and came up with four ideas as follows:
