Mazda launches Mazda Premium Insurance campaign New program protects provides with first-class insurance premium and other benefits

Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co. Ltd. (MST) is moving ahead at full steam, and is strengthening all parts of its business in the country. The most recent development revolves around after-sales customer experience and Mazda has joined hands with leading insurance broker TISCO Bank in offering special privileges through the "Mazda Premium Insurance" (MPI) program.

The new insurance campaign takes effect right from the showroom and is designed to create customer loyalty through excellent after sales experience. TISCO Bank is now an official insurance broker for MST, offering insurance for all models and for both existing and new customers. With the Mazda Premium Insurance (MPI), today customers are entitled to repair their vehicles at Mazda showroom and service centers, along with body and paint repair centers approved by Mazda.

Mr. Chanchai Trakarnudomsuk, President of Mazda Sales (Thailand) Co. Ltd., said with the growing number of Mazda vehicles on the road during the past several years, the company has always prioritized after-sales service in order to create maximum customer satisfaction. "We are working on improving the customer experience and has recently appointed TISCO as our official insurance broker, serving all Mazda customers with the Mazda Premium Insurance policy," he said.

"The purpose in this collaboration between Mazda and TISCO is creating the highest level of confidence ad satisfaction for Mazda customers," he said.

The Mazda Premium Insurance program consists of a first-class insurance premium covering various damages and offering various privileges from Mazda. They include genuine Mazda parts and repair at Mazda body and paint facility, or at Mazda approved facilities around the country, 12-momth/20,000km warranty, quick 1-day approval for repair (not over Bt20,000), 5-year Mazda Premium Insurance package plus discount for customers with good record. Other benefits include 24-hour Roadside Assistance, towing service, and technical advice in the event of accident or emergency.
