Siam Winery takes part in Bangkok Chefs Charity 2011 Offering a limited edition wine to raise funds for charity

Siam Winery the leading producer and importer of premium wines is once again being part of “Bangkok Chefs Charity 2011” with the creation of a limited edition label Muscat to raise funds for charity.

This year’s Bangkok Chefs Charity 2011 will be held on August 4th, 2011 in the Royal Ballroom of the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. And it’s the second consecutive year for Siam Winery to join and serve its award-winning sweet wine “Monsoon Valley Muscat” with a superb dessert menu, neatly crafted by the country’s top chef.

“We are very pleased to be working closely with our partners in this extraordinary event for a good cause. It’s the event that will unite well known chefs from five-star hotels whom will create a special menu, and particularly the dessert menu to be paired with our premium wine” said Mr. Kim Wachtveitl Director of Business Development Siam Winery Trading Plus Co., Ltd. “Once again this year as seen previously, our “Monsoon Valley Muscat” has been selected to accompany the dessert menu for this dinner and we are confident that it will leave an lasting impression for everyone.”

As much as impress all the guests with its premium quality and taste, Monsoon Valley Muscat is also believed to capture our guest’s attention with its label created exclusively for this occasion.

“This year we have received support from an artist and well known Thai actor, Ravit Teutvongse, who has designed the wine label present on our limited edition Monsoon Valley Muscat bottles” added Kim. The concept of the design is “Relationships” which depicts the rhythm and life cycle of living creatures in a natural surrounding signifying pure beauty.

Siam Winery has also produced another 400 bottles only of the Monsoon Valley Muscat wine bearing this limited edition label, which will be available exclusively at The Sala Wine bar and Bistro, Hua Hin Hills Vineyard after the gala dinner. All proceeds after cost deduction will go towards Border Patrol Police schools under the Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Sirindhorn, and the remaining to benefit underprivileged children at selected schools in Northeastern Thailand/Isarn.
