Prepare for intimate evenings with Iceland's coolest jazz singer, Anna Mjöll, live at The Living Room. From October 11 -26, Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit is thrilled to welcome the sensational Anna Mjöll to the stage of its renowned live jazz venue.

A jazz legend in the making, Anna grew up in one of her country's leading musical families, eventually representing Iceland in the famed Eurovision Song Contest. She then joined the band of Julio Iglesias, touring worldwide before setting out on her own career as a jazz singer and songwriter.

In 2010, Anna was voted one of the ten best female jazz singers of the year along with Diana Krall and others by De Souteiro's Jazz Station, and her Christmas JaZZmaZ CD was voted CD of the year. She currently lives in Los Angeles and performs regularly at Herb Alpert's world-renowned jazz club, Vibrato in Bel Air, where her shows continue to sell out long in advance. Anna's striking beauty and stunning dresses combined with her singing talent has garnered praise from jazz luminaries including George Duke, Don Heckman and Dave Weckl. Sir Tom Jones is a frequent guest at her shows in town. Add her penchant for offbeat humor and a running dialogue with the audience, and you are assured unforgettable evenings at The Living Room.

The Living Room is that intimate venue! From October 11 - 26, Anna will perform with the sensational The Randy Cannon Group. Renowned for his power-packed performances, Randy's mesmerizing piano playing is complemented by the outstanding drummer Willard Dyson, and Thailand's leading bass player, Therdsak Wongvichien.

Anna Mjöll and the Randy Cannon Group will perform every Tuesday - Saturday from 21.15 hours onwards.
