Bangkok--13 Feb--Hill+Knowlton Strategies

Whether you're single, married, starting a new relationship, or breaking up with someone (hang in there!), we want everyone to feel the love this February 14th. Because while many countries celebrate Valentine's Day this month, not everyone will be in the mood for listening to romantic ballads or steamy songs. That's why we've created Self-Love, a playlist made specifically about appreciating a supremely important person in your life: you. Another playlist for you in this occasion is Love…Feeling Good playlist that filled with the latest hits and all-time favourites including Reudoo Rak, Koo Kan and Kon Nai Fun – the songs that are known as Thai Spotify users' best songs of all time, not just when love is in the air.

We're not the only ones who see a little "me time" as important. In the past year, we've noticed that streams of self-love themed playlists have been on the rise, with listening increasing about 72%. Plus, we've found that the most popular time of day to stream self-love playlists is the morning, suggesting that people turn to them to help set the right tone for the day.

We looked to our listeners' playlists for their favorite tracks about wellness, relaxation, self-care, and self-love. The 30 picks featured on our Self-Love playlist include some of the most popular user picks globally — from Hailee Steinfeld's "Love Yourself" and Panic at the Disco's "High Hopes" to throwback jams like Nina Simone's "Feeling Good" and Bobby McFerrin's "Don't Worry Be Happy." These songs acknowledge themes of resilience, positivity, survival and… red wine (cheers, UB40).
