The pair will also celebrate the opening of QAD's new cloud center in Shanghai.

DynaSys, a provider of demand and supply chain planning solutions, becomes QAD DynaSys. CEBOS, which produces enterprise quality and compliance management solutions, has been renamed QAD CEBOS.
