IMPACT Catering raises the standard with organic food ingredients, cares about the environment, and committed to satisfying all customers’ needs

IMPACT Catering reveals its marketing strategy to raise the standard of catering service by using organic food ingredients, along with commitment to hygienic food preparation and providing one-stop service to meet every need of customers. Food and beverage menus, including healthy options, are also tailored to provide impressive services for banquets, meetings, and seminars of all sizes and to ensure that all requirements are satisfied.

Mr. Lawrence Tan, Director of Food & Beverage at IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., said "Overall, our food and beverage business has grown by 17% this year.Outside catering service generated 22.71 million baht in revenue while meal-box service generated revenue of 63.66 million baht. We also provided catering service to 714 events held at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, including wedding parties, seminars, incentive events, and others, which generated revenue of 465.52 million baht. Total revenue from event catering service was 551.89 million baht. The strength of our management is the "one-stop service" approach that aims to help customers save their budgets but pay attention to every detail. We also use raw materials from organic farming communities and environmentally-friendly packaging to provide maximum customer satisfaction while protecting the environment. For example, we source organic chicken and eggs from Sirin Farm, a certified organic farm in Chiang Rai with sustainable and eco-friendly agriculture practices, and rice .These efforts are in line with our environmental development strategy and our commitment to playing part in helping to reduce greenhouse gas emissions in the food and beverage industry. We are also looking at ways to develop and expand our business in order to differentiate ourselves from competitors and to create opportunities for industry leadership by reducing the use of plastic and becoming more environmentally conscious, which enable IMPACT to raise the level of service beyond customer expectations. Our major customers that contribute to our growth are government agencies, private organizations and customers from various leading companies.

IMPACT's food and beverage business started from the coffee break or snack box service for meetings and seminars. Later, we have extended the service to cover banquets, luncheons, parties, wedding parties, and other special events and continued to serve meal boxes alongside traditional offerings. Currently, we also operate restaurant business within the exhibition center to offer alternatives for customers. With positive feedback from customers, the business was expanded to outside catering service. In summary, IMPACT's food and beverage business consists of 5 business segments, including (1) catering service provided inside and outside the exhibition center under the name of IMPACT Catering, (2) meal box service more than 100 menu items.", (3) restaurant business with 22 restaurants serving Thai, Chinese, Western, and Japanese cuisines, (4) pastry dough production, and (5) coffee break or snack box more than 200 menu items."

Chef Ng Wai Meng, aka Chef Roy, IMPACT's Executive Chef of Kitchen, added "Currently, IMPACT has a team of experienced chefs who have won numerous awards in international culinary competitions. They have created more than 3,200 menu items, including Thai, Chinese, Western, Indian, and Arabic/Islamic food, as well as baked goods and drinks, which enable us to meet every need and lifestyle of our customers. In addition, our chefs work in strict compliance with the food safety management system standard or ISO 22000 to build customer trust towards our service."
