Thai Vietjet has been named Asia's Best Employer Brand 2019 at the 10th edition of Asia's Best Employer Brand Awards 2019. The award ceremony was hosted by the Employer Branding Institute, World HRD Congress & Stars of the Industry Group, with CHRO Asia as a Strategic Partner, and endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses, which was held from Aug 15th to Aug 16th 2019 in Singapore. The award aims to honor Asian businesses' effort and achievements in human resources management and thanks to its innovative solutions in recruitment as well as its effort in creating an internationally standardized, professional working environment for all employees

The 14th Asia's Best Employer Brand Award 2019 witnessed a distinguished gathering of business leaders, jurists, academicians, economists and human resource consultants. An international jury comprising eminent stalwarts from the industry selected the winners from a pool of over 250 corporate houses after a rigorous evaluation process. The award was presented at a glittering ceremony held in Singapore and saw representation from across 42 countries.

These awards are conferred by the World HRD Congress, an organization which connects senior leaders in human resources to share best practices throughout the world. The awards celebrate Employers in several geographic regions as a build-up to the Global Employer Brands which are a part of the World HRD Congress.

The 14th Asia's Best Employer Brand Awards 2019 recognized Thai Vietjet's excellence in building the company brand as an employer of choice, with consistent improvements in its human resources policies introduced by measuring organizational health and inculcating values that help it achieve its vision and a culture of contribution and innovation at work and develop future leaders.

These honors add to Thai Vietjet's previous wins at the Global Best Employer Brand Awards 2019 at the 27th World HRD Congress in Mumbai, India on Feb 15th 2019 and demonstrate Thai Vietjet's stellar competences.

Thai Vietjet is cooperating with Vietjet to extend the flight network and provide more opportunities for traveller in the world with current operation with 05 domestic routes from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, Chang Rai, Phuket, Krabi and Phuket to Chiang Rai and 16 international routes to Vietnam, Taiwan and mainland China.

Vietjet had ordered to purchase up to 371 aircraft which shall be delivered by 2023. This helps Vietjet Group to continue its ambitious flight network expansion in coming years.
