Accenture Helps Ananda Implement End-to-End CRM Platform to Deliver Enhanced Customer Insight and Experience

Delivers scalable Salesforce Lightning-based platform to simplify and unify Ananda's CRM processes

Accenture (NYSE: ACN) is leading a comprehensive, innovation-driven customer relationship management (CRM) program at Ananda Development Public Company Limited to help the company achieve its vision of being the innovative urban-living solutions leader in Thailand.

Accenture is working with Ananda to assess and redesign its CRM journey by implementing a scalable Salesforce Lightning-based platform that will simplify and unify Ananda's end-to-end CRM processes. The new platform is designed to enhance the company's ability to gain a comprehensive and consolidated view of customer relationships; develop more-effective and targeted campaign and pricing models; monitor the effectiveness of sales campaigns; and unite front- and back-office functions from marketing to sales. The program has already been rolled out to all Ananda's projects.

By enabling Ananda to generate data-driven insights, improve customer engagement and enhance the employee experience through a mobile-first approach, the new holistic CRM platform will ultimately help the company reduce costs, increase operating efficiencies, and turn more customer leads into sales.
