Recently, PropertyGuru hosted a conference, and one of the panel sessions discussed "Visualizing the next generation of real estate businesses" with Guru talk featured a demo of PropertyGuru Lens, Fastkey and Home Loan Pre-Approval.

Ms. Pacharee Pantoomano, Managing Director of Brandnow.asia Co., Ltd, said "statistics about millennials of what is the next-generation moving forward in terms of products and services in the real estate market. In the research, approximately 16% of millennials worldwide claim they never plan to buy a home. In the age range of 38-39, they are married, have family, have children, and a huge part of spending now. Rental property in the future will need to satisfy a wide range of ages and individual desires."
