FRANK Legal & Tax organises a seminar to discuss opportunities in Thailand’s tech industry with local and foreign businesses

FRANK Legal & Tax, a leading Bangkok-based international law firm is organizing a seminar for both local and foreign business owners and entrepreneurs on Thursday 22 October from 6 PM at the Great Room, Gaysorn Tower. The seminar will explore opportunities for foreign business in Thailand’s tech industry, in particular possibilities to obtain Board of Investment (BOI) promotion.

The firm’s Managing Partner, Fabian Doppler, and Rangsarit Sawanarat, Partner (Corporate Law) will host a presentation and answer concerns from the audience. This seminar is being organized to help business owners navigate the Thailand Board of Investment’s criteria and regulations. Currently, the Thailand Board of Investment is encouraging investment into foreign (and domestic) companies who promote national competitiveness, environmental-friendliness, local and special zone economic development, and Thai overseas investment. Businesses who meet the aforementioned criteria are eligible for tax incentives, as well as non-tax incentives. These include exemption of import duties, corporate income taxes, and the opportunity to own land.

Attendees will have the opportunity to have a face-to-face interaction with experienced lawyers and network with key players in Bangkok’s business scene.
