Allianz C.P. partners with TRUE to launch “TRUE Care & Protect”, offering protection for smartphones purchased along with TrueMove H packages

Allianz C.P. General Insurance Public Company Limited (AZCP), led by President & CEO Sirinthip Chotithamaporn (2nd from left), has partnered with True Corporation Plc. (TRUE), led by Dr. Kittinut Tikawan (2nd from right), Head of Commercial & Business Development, Mobile (True Move), and Mr. Seubsakol Sakolsatayadorn (far right), General manager for e-commerce of Ascend Commerce Co., Ltd. (iTrueMart), to launch "TRUE Care & Protect" which provides protection against accidental phone damage. The mobile phone insurance will be available from December 1, 2015 onwards, exclusively for customers who purchase any smartphone along with TrueMove H packages through www.itruemart.com only. The smartphone will be covered free of charge for one year with guaranteed replacement in the event of accidental damage. "True Care & Protect" is aimed to offer added-value to customers while gaining their confidence.

Benefits under the newly-launched "TRUE Care & Protect" are provided by Allianz C.P. The insurance covers smartphones for any damage caused by the accident such as cracked screen, water damage and device breakdown for a one-year period. Customers will also enjoy greater convenience with one-stop claims service. To report a claim, simply contact the 24-hour "TRUE Care & Protect Call Center" at 02-620-6128. After evaluating damage, a replacement phone, which is the exact same model, will be delivered right to the customer's front door. The insurance has been recently kicked off with smartphone users. In addition, TRUE is about to launch special offers allowing Allianz C.P. customers to buy smartphones along with TrueMove H packages at special prices at all True Shops nationwide.
