Recently, at CH. Karnchang Headquarters, Dr. Supamas Trivisvavet, 2nd left, President of CH. Karnchang Pcl., Mr. Suradech Kietthanakorn, left, First Senior Vice President of KASIKORNBANK, Mr. Werapong Suppasedsak, 2nd right, First Executive Vice President and Managing Director for Corporate Banking Group 2 of Krungthai Bank, and Mr. Narin Opamuratawongse, right, Executive Vice President and Manager of the Merchant Banking Division of Bangkok Bank, signed an agreement to appoint joint underwriters for CH. Karnchang's 5.5-billion-Baht debenture No. 1/2016. The first tranche of the offering are three-year 1.5-billion-Baht debentures carrying 2.19 percent of coupon rate, while the second tranche are seven-year 4-billion-Baht debentures bearing interest at a rate of 3.36 percent. The debentures are graded A-/Stable by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd.
