Photo Release: SCB Call Center wins 2 accolades from Annual Top Ranking Performers Conference

SCB Call Center, represented by Siam Commercial Bank Senior Vice President, Head of Call Center Operations, Customer Service Center, Mr. Sagain Roongruangrong, garnered the Bronze Medal Winner for Best Customer Service by a Large In-house Center in APAC 2016 and the Runner Up for Large In-House Contact Center in APAC 2016 from the Annual Top Ranking Performers Conference held by Contact Center World, Canada. The competition saw the participation of in-house contact centers from 24 companies in the Asia-Pacific region. The SCB Call Center was Thailand's only organization selected to join the contest. Winning the awards reflects the center's determination to provide excellent services and solve problems for its clients in an efficient manner. The event took place recently in Malaysia.
