KTC culminates a project for the society namely Learn & Earn @ KTC, shaping leadership potential in students under the idea of "KTC Gen D". This project was initiated in order to continue a governmental policy of fostering goodwill among people in the society. A group of people contributing to the society jointly creates ideas and goodwill through 4 workshop activities in order to build inspiration for all participants within 4 topics—"Power of Harmony, Power of Thoughts, Power of Sharing, and Power of Social Network."

Ms. Podchaneeporn Chamnanpukdee, Vice President – Human Resources "KTC" or Krungthai Card Public Company Limited revealed "It has already been 13 years that KTC has organized Learn & Earn @ KTC to produce quality manpower for the Thai society. This year (2016) KTC aims to develop potential and build inspiration among youths participating in Learn & Earn @ KTC, within the idea of "KTC Gen D." The project is organized in order to produce smart youths with goodwill."

"We think that only the opportunity to learn by being in the real working world may not be enough for a person to be successful in life. Therefore, we should focus on mental development and instill conscience in them at the same time."

"KTC Gen D" will be continually organized. This project is divided into: "Power of Harmony, Power of Thoughts, Power of Sharing, and Power of Social Network." For this time, KTC has been in collaboration with new generation speakers who join us with a full ability to inspire and share their experience with the students participating in Learn & Earn @ KTC. The topics are categorized into 4 topics, which are 1) Power of Harmony, searching for what we are skilled in, joining with a group of friends and going out to help the society; 2) Power of Thoughts, focusing on thinking process that can be applied for education and future careers; 3) Power of Sharing, promoting sustainable sharing 4) Power of Social Network, generating new creative ideas on using social network in order to help the society."

During the press conference, KTC launches the first activity of "KTC Gen D," which is the Power of Harmony. Two guest speakers, Ms. Pattratip Pongpanit "Nitade Chula R-Sa" (Communication Arts, Chulalongkorn University, Volunteers Group) and initiator of Mae Wang Sustainable SchoolStay, and Ms. Pradhana Chariyavilaskul, a Branding Specialist from "be positive plus" and initiator/organizer of Love is Hear project—a charity concert for the deaf, Run Hero Run project, and a volunteer project namely "Pookpintokao" were invited to share their inspirational stories under the project of Learn& Earn @ KTC.

"KTC believes that small inspiration can create new ideas, or even change the vision of these youths, especially the youths that are fond of searching for new information and learn new things by themselves. This also includes being open-minded, as they can learn life lessons from other people's experiences by reading reviews, or joining groups where people interested in the same things meet. Therefore, we have encouraged these youths to exchange their experience and learn further from successful people for their better future."

"Learn & Earn @ KTC" is a project for the society offering all university students throughout Thailand an opportunity to work with KTC during their free time in order to develop and search for their potential. The project also teaches these students to earn for their living. Learn & Earn @ KTC has been organized for 13 years with 25,000 candidates in total. For this year, there are 121 students participating in the program.
