Bangkok Bank's Hong Kong branch General Manager Sitthichai Jiwattanakul (center) represented the bank in receiving the award for "Best Bank in Thailand 2016" in the "Awards for Excellence Asia 2016" ceremony in Hong Kong, from Euromoney, a leading international economic and financial magazine. The award is given annually to a financial institution with an outstanding performance in the previous 12 months based on a comparison of key data points with competitors, outstanding and successful new product launches, effective risk management and successful management of challenges in the face of volatile market conditions. This is the 6th time the bank has received the award; it also won in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2007, 2015.
