AXA Launches Global Parental Leave Policy

AXA Thailand and Group employees around the world will receive a minimum of 4 months and one month fully paid maternity and paternity leave, respectively

AXA Group employees including LGBT, regardless of whether they are biological or adoptive parents, same-sex couples, or single parents, will also be eligible to earn benefit under the Parental Leave Policy

AXA Group is launching, as of January 1st 2017, a parenting policy to support employees over 60 countries in which it operates including Thailand. In Thailand, AXA employees will receive 4 months fully paid maternity and one month fully paid paternity leave.

To encourage employees to take advantage of this policy, AXA guarantees that employees who do so can return to an equivalent role with the same salary and benefit structure.

AXA employees in Thailand, will earn 4 consecutive months of paid leave for birth mothers and one month of paid leave for fathers to care for a newly born, effective on January 1, 2017. The AXA LGBT employees, regardless of whether they are adoptive parents, will also receive benefit through the Parental Leave Policy."
