Mr. Veraphan Teepsuwan, Chairman, Mr. Rowan D'Arcy, President & CEO together with directors of Sri Ayudhya Capital PCL or AYUD jointly declared the company's operating performance at the Annual Shareholders Meeting 2017, no. 68, with the shareholders' resolution approved to pay dividend for the company's operating performance for last half of 2016 in the amount of Baht 1.00 per share for shareholders with the record date as of March 15, 2017. The dividend will be paid on May 8, 2017. Total dividend for 2016 equals Baht 2.00 per share when combined with Baht 1.00 per share interim dividend paid on September 13, 2016 for the operating performance during first half of 2016.
