Siam Commercial Bank recently participated in the 'Euromoney Conference: The Greater Mekong Investment Forum' held by Euromoney, Britain's leading economic and finance magazine. At the conference various views about the development of the countries in the Greater Mekong Sub-region were exchanged. SCB Head of the International Banking Function Mr. Kamalkant Agarwal discussed "The GMS and its Major Trade Partner" and SCB First Senior Vice President, Digital Banking Division, Mr. Tana Pothikamjorn spoke about "Digitalization and the E-commerce Boom in the GMS." The bank jointly hosted a workshop on "Myanmar Banking and Investment: Success through Challenge" to give representatives from both the state and private sectors in Myanmar an opportunity to exchange knowledge and offer their perspectives. The forum, which drew businesspeople from every corner of Asia, took place at Centara Grand at Central World.
