Photo Release: EXIM Thailand Discussed Thai-Kenyan Trade and Investment Promotion

Mr. Pisit Serewiwattana (fourth left), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently met with Mr. Cherdkiat Atthakor (fourth right), Thai Ambassador to Nairobi, Republic of Kenya, to discuss ways to promote trade and investment between Thailand and Kenya, a "New Frontier" market with high potential economy in the Common Market for Eastern and Southern Africa (COMESA) at EXIM Thailand's Head Office. Thailand's major exports to Kenya are rice, motor cars, parts and accessories and plastic pellets while investment opportunities in Kenya for Thai investors include food, motor cars, woven fabrics, infrastructure, tourism and related industries, and medical industries.
