Triple i Logistics “ iii ” Invests More for Further Growth to Open Air Cargo Terminal @ Don Muang

Triple i Logistics PLC. " iii ", a leading full-service logistics provider in Thailand plans to invest in each key business units. Company plans to open international Airport Cargo Terminal at Don Muang International Airport and to invest more in the Chemical & Specialty Logistics and Inland Transport units to drive business growth.

Mr. Tipp Dalal, Chief Executive Officer of Triple i Logistics PLC.'s or " iii ", says that we are pleased that Triple i stock will trade in the Stock Exchange of Thailand for the first time on September 1, 2017. We hope our stock will draw interests from both institutional and retail investors. The company plans to generate further growth in its business by investing in more than ten projects such as opening the International Airport Cargo Terminal at Don Muang Airport to support growth of the company's air cargo business. In addition, the Company will expand the second phase of its "Domestic Mail Center" to expand its mail service center business.

Triple i also focuses on growing its ASEAN business by adding new air cargo branches in the Indochina region. This expansion will support the economic growth driven by the Free Trade of the ASEAN Economic Community (AEC). The company will expand its business to the regional airline in Indochina.

Further, the company plans to expand its "Inland Transport" business, particularly the container transport business. With plans to acquire more Large Trucks and Trailers and expand its Container Depot Service. Moreover, Triple i plans to expand its "Chemical and Specialty Logistics" business by expanding trucks and trailers fleet to increase revenues from the distribution of chemical and dangerous goods in the country.

Triple i " iii " has consistently achieved strong and continuous performance growth. For the first six months of this year, the company's total revenue was 1,086 million baht, up 10% from the total revenue of 985 million baht in the first six months of the previous year. Its Net profit was 82 million baht in the first six months of this year, growing 64% compared to net profit of 50 million in the first 6 months of last year. For the past two years, the Company's total revenue grew on average 35% per year, reaching 2,075 million baht at the end of 2016. The revenue was 1,542 million baht in 2015 and 1,139 million baht in the year 2014, thanks to the increase in the volume of Air Freight and Logistic services. Its Net Profit grew at a high rate of 245% to 94.5 Million Baht in 2016 from a Net Profit of 27.4 Million Baht in 2015 and 13.4 Million Baht in 2014, from Higher Revenue and improved costs management. Its Net Profit Margin also increase sharply from 1.17% in 2014 to 4.50% in 2016 and 7.55% in first 6 month this year. Moreover, it has a strong financial status and a very low debt with 0.34 times Interest-bearing debt to equity (IBD/E). The Company has a dividend payout policy of a minimum of 40% after income tax and legal reserves.
