SET Senior Executive Vice President Santi Kiranand as Secretary of the Board of Governors said that the exchange has welcomed Chaiyawat Wibulswasdi and Voravan Tarapoom as SET governors as they have been reappointed by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for a second term, effective from October 28, 2017 to October 27, 2019.
Currently, the SET BoG consists of 11 governors having Chaiyawat Wibulswasdi as Chairman, Pattera Dilokrungthirapop as Vice Chairman; and Kitipong Urapeepatanapong, Chaipatr Srivisarvacha, Jotika Savanananda, Prinn Panitchpakdi, Pichet Sithi-amnuai, Voravan Tarapoom, Somchai Thaisa-nguanvorakul, Subhak Siwaraksa as governors, as well as Kesara Manchusree as President.
