TFEX hosts AFM Annual Conference during January 25-26

Thailand Futures Exchange PCL (TFEX) is hosting the 21st Association of Futures Markets (AFM) Annual Conference during January 25-26, 2018, participated by more than 100 leaders and experts from 22 countries, to reinforce the Thai capital market's role at the international level.

TFEX Managing Director Rinjai Chakornpipat said that it is an honor that TFEX has been selected to host the AFM's annual conference. Significantly, the venue brings together executives from leading futures exchanges and financial organizations worldwide to share viewpoints and update developments, challenges and opportunities for the industry, with an aim to enhance derivatives markets. The major topics include regional collaboration, challenge from technology disruption, commodity product development, quality investor base expansion, and product and investment innovation. Furthermore, this will be a good opportunity to highlight the country's economic and investment potential as well as roles of the Thai capital market and derivatives market in further driving the Thai economy.
