Trust is experiencing tumultuous times across the globe, but the 2018 Best Workplaces in Asia create inclusive workplaces where employees feel proud of their accomplishments, and create strong bonds with colleagues and leaders while achieving business goals.
More than 1,200 organizations participated in the survey process, representing the voices of more than 2 million employees across nine countries. The 65 companies that make up the 2018 Best Workplaces in Asia list outshined the rest in their commitment to caring for their employees and providing environments where they can thrive. An impressive 92% of employees at this year's best say that their company is a great place to work.
People at Asia's Best feel pride in individual and collective accomplishments and feel that they can bring their whole selves to work. Diversity is part of these companies' DNA, and 91% of employees feel that they are treated as full members of the team regardless of their position.

Since 2015, Great Place to Work(R) has identified the top organizations that create great workplaces in the Asia/Pacific and Middle East regions through publishing the annual Best Workplaces in Asia list. The list recognizes companies in three size categories: Small & Medium (20-500); Large (501+); and Multinational. To be considered for inclusion, companies must appear on one or more of our national lists in one of the nine countries represented on the list and meet our minimum quantitative threshold on the Trust Index(C) survey.
