Prudential Thailand launches #LINE Business Connect to better serve customers

Prudential Life Assurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited today announced the launch of 'LINE Business Connect', extending its online services to customers via the LINE platform.

'LINE Business Connect', or 'PRUconnect' application is accessible via LINE where customers can enjoy useful features and enhanced services at their fingertips. These include access to policy information, making premium payment online, downloading premium certificates for personal income tax filing purposes, a search engine for nearby network hospitals, just to name a few. The online services are available with immediate effect via Prudential Thailand's official LINE account, on a 24/7 basis.

Understanding this, we have put digital services as one of the core components of our customer experience strategy.
