Fitch Ratings (Thailand) has assigned AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited's (AEONTS; A-(tha)/Stable) upcoming issue of Thai baht-denominated senior unsecured notes a National Long-Term Rating of 'A-(tha)'. Proceeds of the issuance will be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing.

KEY RATING DRIVERS
The rating is based on AEONTS' National Long-Term Rating, as the notes represent the company's senior unsecured obligations.

AEONTS' National Long-Term Rating is driven by its standalone credit profile. AEONTS is one of Thailand's largest consumer finance companies, with an established and sustainable franchise in the unsecured lending segment.

RATING SENSITIVITIES
AEONTS' National Long-Term Rating could be affected, positively or negatively, by sustained material changes to the company's standalone credit profile.
