Thai Credit Retail Bank, a specialist in the nano and micro-segment and the only Thai bank committed to being an alternative bank of choice offering access to financial products and services to micro-nano and micro-SME owners nationwide, organized marketing communications activities to welcome the festive season with a caravan which visited over 700 traditional markets nationwide through 194 lending branches dedicated to providing services to nano-entrepreneurs to access financial products and services for nano-SME owners, reinforcing the bank's relationship with this important customer segment.

Mr. Roy Agustinus Gunara, Managing Director, Thai Credit Retail Bank, said, "We emphasized our success in creating brand awareness and recognition by communicating through a TVC and online media to attract nano and micro-SME entrepreneurs nationwide, with the slogan "No one sees, we see" under the concept of "Everyone Matters." As a next step, we are moving forward in strengthening our brand's communication tools with a caravan roadshow to directly promote our products highlighting our bank's signature fast approval without the need for a guarantor or collateral through branches nationwide. This roadshow allowed us to approach nano-SME owners, who are an important target for us given they represent a significant foundation in the country's economic development.

Thai Credit Retail Bank is gearing up for increased growth by reaching out to even more under-served customers across Thailand who can benefit from the bank's approach. Thai Credit Retail Bank currently has more than 300 branches and will expand its network to more than 500 branches in 2019 from which all of the bank's RMs will be ready to serve our customers.
