Photo Release: THAI plans to issue debentures to institutional and large-scale investors late April

Recently, at the headquarters of Thai Airways International PLC (THAI), Mr. Sumeth Damrongchaitham, President of THAI, together with THAI executives and representatives of underwriters, namely, KBank, Bangkok Bank and Krungthai Bank, organized a presentation of THAI's information and the issuance of THAI debentures to investors. The debentures of THAI will be allotted in seven trenches with the tenors of 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 and 15 years. The debentures are name-registered, unsubordinated and unsecured with debentures holders' representative. The company receives A Rating by TRIS Rating Co., Ltd., which is preparing to assign the rating for the debentures. The coupon rate of the debentures will be determined by April this year.
