Krungsri appoints new Head of Krungsri Consumer Group

Krungsri Group announced the appointment of Ms. Nayanee Peaugkham as Head of Krungsri Consumer Group, effective 1 September 2020.

With over 20 years of outstanding achievements with Krungsri Consumer, Ms. Nayanee’s latest position was Managing Director of Ayudhya Capital Services Co., Ltd., where she has successfully managed the support functions and operations of Krungsri Consumer Group, including the brands Krungsri Credit Card, Krungsri First Choice, Central The 1 Credit Card, and Tesco Lotus Visa Card. Ms. Nayanee has played an essential role in maximizing the efficiency and competitiveness of Krungsri Consumer Group to ensure it stands at the forefront of Thailand’s consumer finance industry. She has also contributed greatly in building the brand 'Krungsri First Choice’ the leader in credit card and personal loan business.

Mr. Seiichiro Akita, Krungsri President and Chief Executive Officer said “Ms. Nayanee has a long-standing experience and unparalleled expertise in consumer finance. She has played a vital role in driving Krungsri Consumer’s business to become the leader in credit card and personal loan industry, with over 9 million accounts of customers and the biggest market share. Additionally, she has also been trusted by her peers in the business to assume the position of Chairwoman of Personal Loan Club during 2015 – 2019. In her new role as Head of Krungsri Consumer Group, Ms. Nayanee would definitely take Krungsri Consumer to the next level of success.”

As Head of Krungsri Consumer Group, Ms. Nayanee will be responsible for overall strategic direction, and management of credit card and personal loan businesses, as well as embracing innovation for new products and services of Krungsri Consumer Group to maintain Krungsri Consumer’s leadership in the market.

Ms. Nayanee graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Assumption University (ABAC), and a master’s degree Program in Marketing (MIM) (International Program), Thammasat University.
