Mr. Auttapol Rerkpiboon, President & Chief Executive Officer, PTT Public Company Limited (PTT) with Mr. Kris Imsang, Chief Operating Officer, PTT Downstream Petroleum Business Group, presided over and witness a signing ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between PTT Group under Project ONE, along with Mr. Wirat Uanarumit, Chief Executive Officer and President, Thai Oil Public Company Limited (Thaioil), Mr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, Chief Executive Officer, PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), Mr. Noppadol Pinsupa, President and Chief Executive Officer, IRPC Public Company Limited (IRPC), Miss Jiraphon Kawswat, President and Chief Executive Officer, PTT Oil and Retail Business Public Company Limited (PTTOR) and Mr. Disathat Panyarachun, Senior Executive Vice President, PTT International Trading Business Unit, to co-sign the Memorandum of Understanding.
Project ONE, is considered to be the key strategy of PTT Downstream Petroleum Business Group that aims to transform its International Trading Business toward an Asset-backed Trading model by synergizing the expertise and diverse assets of each company. Thus, creates a value added for the PTT Group as a whole and not only will this lead to sustainable growth for the Group, but also to strengthen Thailand?s energy security and enhance the country's competitiveness.
