Krungsri awarded as one of Thailand's Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020

Dr. Vasin Udomratchatavanich, Krungsri Head of Human Resources Group together with the Bank's HR management team received the award "Thailand's Best Companies to Work for in Asia 2020" at Marriott Marquis Queen's Park. The award organized by HR Asia, Asia's most authoritative publication for HR professionals, marks our efforts in creating workplace excellence and promoting greater employee engagement.

Among 130 companies who participated in this competition, Krungsri joined other 37 leading companies in Thailand to win this international award. All winners are required to pass the criteria and judged solely by employees based on proprietary Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM), a robust, proven and scalable assessment tool which helps us to have better understand of our workforce. Then, to be assessed by the assigned judge who interviews the representatives or executive of the participating companies.
