Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) was founded by the country's eight leading organizations in the private sector, including the Thai Chamber of Commerce, the Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand, the Thai Listed Companies Association, the Federation of Thai Industries, the Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations, the Thai Bankers' Association, the Tourism Council of Thailand, and the Thai Institute of Directors Association. The CAC aims to tackle corruption through bribery prevention among the private sector and the public sector as well as among the private sector itself, including other kinds of corruption such as conflict of interest, along with co-create the change in service operations to enhance efficiency and transparency.
In 2020, Ayudhya Capital Auto Lease PCL was one of the 169 companies that declared an intent to join the CAC program and was among the 165 certified CAC member companies.
