AIT School of Management Master’s and MBA programs rank high, regionally & globally

Several AIT School of Management graduate degree programs are near the top of regional and global tables, according to a newly released Eduniversal Ranking of the world’s Best Master’s and MBA programs.

In the 2012-2013 ranking of the best 4000 Master’s and MBA Programs in 30 specializations at 1000 business schools and universities in 154 countries, a number of School of Management (SOM) programs offered at the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand ranked high globally.

The Master of Agribusiness Management program — which is an interdisciplinary program run with the AIT School of Environment, Resources and Development (SERD) — was deemed the world’s 16th best in the category of Master’s in Agribusiness / Food Industry Management.

Additionally, the school’s Professional Master’s in Corporate Social Responsibility and its Master of Business Administration (MBA) program were ranked 52nd and 58th best in the world, for Sustainable Development and Environmental Management and Entrepreneurship respectively.

In the Far East Region, AIT School of Management’s Professional Master’s in Technology Management was ranked as 11th best in the category of Best Master’s in Engineering and Project Management.

In the category of Top 200 Best Master’s in Corporate Finance / Global Ranking, SOM’s Professional Master’s in Banking and Finance earned a 12th place rank in the Far East Region, as did its Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA).

The Eduniversal Ranking included all types of Master's programs (MSc, MA, MBA, Executive MBA) of the best 1000 Business Schools and Universities rated in its official selection. It assessed the reputation of the program; the career prospects and the salary level of the first employment after graduation; and the satisfaction feedback of students.

According to Eduniversal, in 2012 its Best Master’s Ranking was used as a reference by 496,041 students from all over the world. The 2012-2013 Ranking of the best Master's programs is published on www.best-masters.com.
