MAT/NTU to Grant MAT Member over a 1 Million Bht Scholarship Study in Singapore

Marketing Association of Thailand (MAT) in collaboration with Nanyang Technological University (NTU), announced to award a scholarship study valued S$45,000 (approx. 1,125,000 Baht) to a MAT member for a Master of Science in Singapore.

MAT president Anuvat Chalermchai said, “The collaboration signifies an important international relationship to enhance entrepreneurial and marketing professionals. The scholarship will be awarded for a MAT member as financial assistance for the full program tuition fee for the Master of Science Technopreneurship and Innovation Program (MSc TIP) at Nanyang Technological University, one of the world’s top 100 universities,”

NTU MSc TIP is a one-year full time study in Singapore and is a unique program and probably the only one of its kind in Asia. It equips budding entrepreneurs and marketers with necessary skills and knowledge to help them succeed in their endeavors and focuses on experiential hands-on learning made up of participants from about 10 countries and from various educational and industry background.

“The selected scholarship winner will experience a unique global entrepreneur journey in the revolutionary curriculum with innovative marketing strategies for strengthened professionalism. Apart from the opportunity to take full advantage of advanced technology and business practices, institutionalized learning with global immersion trip to the U.S. and an optional trip to China,” elaborated Mr. Anuvat.

Nanyang Technological University (NTU) is also ranked fourth globally by Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and 16th by Times Higher Education among the world’s young elite universities in 2012. Nanyang Technopreneurship Center (NTC) is one of Asia’s leading centers of excellence for technology entrepreneurship education.

The scholarship of S$45,000 (approx. 1,125,000 Baht) will be awarded for the first time to MAT member as financial assistance for the full program tuition fee, excluding other expenses. Winning candidate to be eligible for the scholarship will be screened by MAT committee and must be successful in both the scholarship application and the MSc TIP admission.
