Graduated in a field of hospitality, Chef Bas has over 27 years of experience in international culinary and worked at many 5-star hotels including Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Dusit Resort & Polo Club Hotel, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Hotel and Evason HuaHin Hotel and many Thai restaurants. Chef Bas also has high expertise in kitchen operation management as well asbeing a culinary consultant for several famous food brands. He specializes inItalian and natural organic foods, focusing on selecting only premium ingredients which are not harmful to the environment as well as comes up with the culinary concept that cares about people with food allergy to get the appropriate menus which are perfectly fit to the body.
