That special time is approaching again as we welcome an abundance of White Truffle from the northern part of Italy, particularly in the Alba region. Multi-talented Italian Chef Antonio Michele Totaro has exquisitely prepared six authentic dishes to celebrate this unique time of year for our “White Truffle Allure” promotion, served for both lunch and dinner.

White Truffle has long been praised as the hidden gem of Italian cuisine. It has a distinct aroma and grows only on land blessed with good soil and suitable weather. Each of these special dishes will provide an unforgettable fine dining experience at La Scala, The Sukhothai Bangkok.
