Elements presents the finest beef from Japan

Beef lovers will enjoy dining at Elements restaurant in January. This popular casual dining venue at The Okura Prestige Bangkok is adding beef from Japan to its extensive à la carte menu.

Guests may order the finest cuts of Hokkaido, Matzusaka and Kiwami beef cooked to order as part of a memorable à la carte dining experience. Chef de Cuisine Henry Jordan recommends Kiwami Wagyu sirloin with anchovy salt, roasted morels, Wagyu fat roasted carrots and sake-dashi bath.

Prices start from Baht 2,200++ and these additional choices are available for dinner every evening at Elements from 6 to 31 January 2015 (6:00 pm - 10:30 pm).
