Mr. Daniel Williams, Executive Chef from Butlers Restaurant in Kimberley, Northern Cape, South Africa, along with his talented culinary team members will delight diners with an array of Northern Cape’s traditional dishes on rotation from the restaurant’s various live cooking stations.
Highlighted dishes include Beef Wellington with Mushroom and Spinach, Baked Fish with Apricot and Cream Sauce, Pork Armadillo with Sweet Chili Sauce, Crispy Roast Pork Belly with Apple Cider Jus, Frikkadella in Tomato Chutney, Lamb Casserole with Dombolo, Sosaties (Lamb, Chicken, and Beef Kebabs), Malva Pudding with Custard, and Amarula Coffee Cake.
Diners can enjoy the South Africa’s Northern Cape Festival 2015: “The Taste of Rainbow Cuisine” and other sumptuous cuisines from around the world for dinner for 1,650 baht net person for food only.
Diners will also have a chance to indulge in “Braai” or barbeque, a popular South African tradition of grilling of meat for friends or family gatherings. It is usually do once or twice a week or more.
