The sumptuous Easter Brunch buffet presents a bounty of fresh seafood, a delicious variety of Thai specialties and a celebration of world flavours, as well as made to order specialties at live cooking stations. Guests can round off a sumptuous meal with a unique selection of desserts and traditional pastries, as well as the Easter temptations that include chocolate Easter eggs and bunnies.
Younger guests will find Easter a lot of fun with the appearance of the Easter Bunny, as well as activities such as egg hunting and face painting to keep them happily entertained, while parents relax with a river view.

At Brio, the resort’s authentic Italian Restaurant, guest can look forward to a traditional family treat for lunch from 12.00 pm to 2.30 pm and for dinner from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm for the two days of Sunday 5th April and Monday 6th April 2015.
The hearty family traditional lunch offers a family table complete with scrumptious selection of Italian favourites from appetizers, mains to desserts, all served family-style for sharing the joy of Easter. Children will be kept busy with a live pizza making station where they can make their own pizzas for the family or paint an Easter egg for their parents.
Easter Dinner at Brio will be Chef Allesandro’s delectable Italian set menu to celebrate an auscipious event. The menus come in 3 course or 5 course and highlight some of Chef Allesandro’s signature offers.
