“Asparagus is full of nutrients and an excellent source of vitamins and fibre. It also contains antioxidants that help to neutralise cell-damaging free radicals. Our Sunday Brunch at Up & Above offers a wide range of asparagus dishes that add flavour and goodness to the meal. We think that the white asparagus with hollandaise sauce or browned butter as an accompaniment to the succulent beef tenderloin, fresh Scottish salmon or tasty Westphalia ham will be very popular,” explained Assistance Executive Chef Jachnarong Taksapagrn.
Other choices include white asparagus cappuccino with green asparagus tip and smoked salmon; salad of raw kingfish with foie gras cubes and asparagus in walnut vinaigrette, and espuma of parmesan with parsley coulis and asparagus-rabelais.
Asparagus on Sundays is available from 3 May to 28 June 2015 from 12 noon to 4:00 pm. Priced at Baht 2,400++ per person to include soft drinks and selected mocktails; Baht 3,400++ per person with free flow red, white and sparkling wines, local beers and selected cocktails.
