Tables Grill will welcome celebrity guest chef Greg Malouf for three exciting dinners for Bangkok food lovers to enjoy. Chef Greg will bring his modern Middle Eastern cuisine to Bangkok for all to enjoy. Greg leads the culinary team at Dubai’s highly acclaimed Clé restaurant, and is the co-author of numerous multi-award-wining books such as, Malouf – New Middle Eastern food, Arabesque, Moorish, Saha and many more.

For his debut in Bangkok, Chef Greg will present an exclusive 5-course menu featuring Salmon Kibbeh Nayee paired with Chardonnay from Stonefish, in Margaret River, Australia 2013. Followed by Stuffed White Zucchinis - organic chickpeas on melting lamb, preserved lemon & baharat spices paired with Shiraz, Reserve, Stonefish, in the Barossa Valley, Australia 2010. Next course is Mums M’jaddarah – Chili Quail with Cinnamon Shallots and Harissa Labneh paired with Cabernet Sauvignon, Concerto, in Margaret River, Australia 2010. Savory finale is the Musakhan – Chicken in Saj Bread paired with Shiraz, Concerto, in the Barossa Valley, Australia 2012. Complete this perfect dinner with a Lemon Posset Orange Blossom Caramel paired with a glass of Flying Finix, from the Riverina, Australia 2006. This exquisite menu and premium ingredients from all over the globe will make your dining experience an unforgettable one.
