Selections include: Slow boiled wild peppercorn dried fish maw superior chicken soup, Double boiled sea horse red date and Enoki mushrooms in a pigeon herbal soup, Braised pork sea cucumber Chinese herbal traditional hot pot, Old Ginger and baby duck stew, mini abalone with chestnut, clay pot and Chilled or hot double boiled peach jelly bird nest in sweet and sour plum syrup.
