Only Baht 425++, the meal begins with a signature lemongrass beverage followed by choice of soup of the day orsom tam (spicy green papaya salad). Guests then select one of four main course dishes: plakapong sam rod (deep-fried snapper with spicy sauce), gaeng kiew warn gai (green curry with chicken), wok fried egg noodle with shrimp, or kao pad Charm Thai.
Add Baht 150++ for Business Express Dessert featuring choice of kao kaya koo (pandan pudding with coconut cream) or tub tim krob (ruby chestnut in coconut syrup). (Business Express Dessert is available only with business express lunch order.)
