Celebrated Chef Shinsuke has chosen two much prized summer & autumn produce to showcase with his special recipes, namely, Fresh Black Cod.

Specially imported at short intervals from oversea, this premium whitefish develops the rich oil content that gives it its distinctive flavor and texture. Black Cod is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, yielding a fish that’s an excellent source of high-quality protein and eating enjoyment, its flavor and succulence are all the richer while offering similar versatility for creating delectable menus.
