Throughout August, Jonathan the nephew and Chef Jerome Deconinck invite you to discover the delicate flavours of French mulard duck at L'Appart, Sofitel Bangkok Sukhumvit.

Talented Chef Jerome will use this highly prized ingredient to create new dishes every week. The special dishes from his "Canard du Jour" selection will include duck confit parmentier with marjoram jus potato

and truffle espuma at THB 790++, duck carpaccio with green pepper marinade, red onions and wholegrain mustard at THB 390++, 63°C duck egg mollet Bordelaise sauce with ventrèche, mushrooms at THB 490++,

and succulent sous vide duck breast à l'orange with pumpkin and cabbage étuvéeat THB 990++.

Chef Jerome is gifted chef with an extraordinary knowledge of classic and contemporary French cuisine. He has worked in some of the world's top kitchens and exclusive hotels, including Michelin star restaurants.
