Throughout April at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G, chefs at Mistral Restaurant celebrate Songkran with a special buffet of Thai street food specialties.

The talented chefs will serve a feast of street food favourites from live cooking stations. Highlights will include Thailand's famous Som-Tum spicy papaya salad prepared to your personal taste to enjoy with grilled marinated chicken or pork. There'll also be Thai satay with condiments, grilled pork and chicken balls, Thai Isarn style sausage, Tom-Yum Koong or spicy Thai prawn soup, Pad Thai and much more. The dessert station will tempt diners with Thai tea crepes cake, pandan cake, Thai-inspired macarons, and homemade coconut ice cream.

On 13th – 15th April, Mistral Restaurant will feature a special Songkran pop-up station serving traditional 'Kanom-Jeen Sao Nam' or fermented rice flour noodles served with coconut curry, dried shrimp, and slice pineapples. It is only served in summer, which is the hottest time of the year. The pop-up station will also have the all-time Thai favourite, mango and sticky rice with coconut milk sauce prepared fresh to order.

The bountiful Thai street food lunch buffet is available throughout April, daily from 12:00 – 14:30 hrs, at THB 599 net per person including coffee or tea.
