IMD business school [http://www.imd.org ] has once again been ranked by the Financial Times among the best in the world.

The 2016 ranking places IMD first in open programs, a position IMD has held since 2012.

In addition to being number one in open programs, IMD jumped up in all other major categories. This year IMD improves to second in the combined open and custom program ranking, placing it in the top 3 in executive education for the past 5 years. IMD enters the top 5 in the world in custom programs at fourth, going 2 ranks up from last year.

Over the past decade IMD has consistently been among the world's top business schools in the Financial Times rankings.

"We did it again. We're extremely proud to be number one in open programs five years running and improving in the other key categories," said IMD President Dominique Turpin. "Our faculty and staff are dedicated and we focus on providing real impact to participants and clients. It has paid off," he added.

Under Turpin's leadership IMD has developed a deeper footprint in developing global leaders. Within the last 5 years, IMD has opened a new Executive Learning Center in Singapore, formed the Global Center of Digital Business Transformation [http://global-center-digital-business-transformation.imd.org ] in partnership with Cisco, and launched the Global Leadership in the Cloud [http://www.imd.org/glc/home ] online programs.
