From now until end of June at PH1 at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Bangkok inviting toexperience signature dishes from the four regions of Thailand like a mother cook--featuring a scintillating menu that consists of six scrumptious choices, for lunch and dinner.

Let enjoy the flavors of Chiang Mai with its "Gaeng Hang-lay" (braised pork belly in Burmese influence yellow curry); Phuket with the "Mhok Ta-lay" (grilled enveloped spicy aromatic seafood mousse): Udon Thani, with its "Homme" (braised beef with umami cured fresh water fish) and "Nam Tok" (roasted pork neck spicy salad with aromatic toasted rice); and Bangkok, with its "Gang khew Wann Gobb" (frog leg green curry with basil) and "Pad Thai" (stir-fried rice noodle with fresh water prawns).
