From 1 August and to last until 30 November 2016, Executive Chef Eric Berrigaud is introducing a new Raw Bar at Blue Sky Bar & Dining, Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, offering a large variety of fine fresh seafood imported directly from France, Ireland, United States and Japan. The Raw Bar adds a new dimension to the à la carte offer at Blue Sky.
